I am a BACP Accredited Therapist and Supervisor with 13 years post-qualification experience of working in different settings and with clients presenting various problems. I offer both long and short-term therapy to both individuals and couples.
I see my role as a counsellor in enabling clients to live more fulfilled and satisfactory life. Counselling gives people an opportunity to be heard and understood in non-judgemental environment, We use therapeutic space to explore feelings and thoughts as well as look for ways forward.
I am genuinely interested in people and offer warm, empathic approach in order to help clients explore their issues. Our work would be confidential within BACP Ethical Framework. My practice is in Earley, Reading.
I have been trained in different modalities and use various skills accordingly. I work on my professional development regularly.
