I offer Psychotherapy and Counselling as well as Drama Therapy.
I work in a traditional way, sitting and talking through difficulties, as well as using creative and action-based methods.
I have encountered a broad range of issues that have brought people into therapy over a period of 15 years working in a variety of settings including at St. George's Hospital on the Eating Disorders Unit with those struggling with their body image and feelings of isolation; at the Priory, Roehampton with people needing support and understanding for feelings of anxiety, depression, suicidal feelings, self-harm and unknown feelings of discontent; at a GP's surgery and in private practice.
Psychotherapy and Drama Therapy can be helpful for people with a mental health diagnosis such as manic depression/bipolar disorder, depression, general anxiety disorder and personality disorders. It can also be helpful for those experiencing relationship issues, family difficulties and bereavement.
Please contact me to arrange an initial session where we will discuss how we can work together.
