As part of my training to become a qualified counsellor, there was a requirement to attend personal therapy. What I learnt about myself throughout that time has contributed to my outlook and perspective on life in a positive way. I believe that everyone should be given the time, space and opportunity to really understand who they are. There is an emphasis on us to look after the outside but we will never be fulfilled unless we look after the inside in equal measure.
I offer counselling sessions in Doncaster town centre and surrounding areas. I have a number of rooms to meet your / the clients requirements. Sessions are conducted on a one to one basis. The meetings can be booked individually or as block sessions. However, in order for you / the client to get the most from your counselling, there is a guideline that you attend a minimum of six appointments, although this is not set in stone. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this and I will be happy to explain the process in more detail.
I understand that it can feel overwhelming seeking support and that picking the right counsellor for you can take some time, therefore I have kept my profile minimal..........
Please take a look at my website for detailed information about the service Katie Reddy Talking Therapy provides.
