Hello, I offer one to one counselling from my private practice in Withyham. Together we can talk about any issue you want to discuss, giving you space and time to explore at your pace. The first session is FREE with no obligation to continue.

I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I work within their Ethical Framework of Good practice.

I offer you the opportunity to talk and to explore any issues that maybe affecting you, in a safe and supportive environment. I aim to provide effective counselling to help and support you to look at any changes you may wish to make.

Together, we can help you to understand yourself better and live a more fulfilling life. Whether you have something pressing you wish to work on or you are looking for more balance in your life. We will work on the issues that are important to you in a safe and non judgmental environment.

The relationship between the counsellor and the client is very important and it is important for you to find someone you feel comfortable with. I work integratively, which means I work with flexibility, drawing on different theories and techniques which helps to meet the individual needs of clients.

We can work together for a shorter amount of time, with a more solution focused approach or we can look at deeper issues that may be troubling you and work for a longer period of time. Your requirements can be talked through in more detail at our first meeting.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and am a member of the BACP. My theoretical training is humanistic and integrative with Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt being my core models.

I am experienced in working with adults in a private setting and I also work at a hospice where I see clients for Bereavement and loss. I also have experience with seeing students for counselling in a higher education setting all of which have covered a broad range of issues.

I have a private and discreet consulting room and there is plenty of parking space.
