About me and my therapy practice
I believe that there are times in our lives where we all need a safe place to explore and work through the problem areas that we experience in our personal world. As a counsellor I see my role as providing that safe space where we can work together to enable you to find your way to move forward.
I offer a professional, non-judgemental, ethical and supportive environment that gives you the personal space to explore the issues that brought you to counselling. I am an experienced counsellor having initially qualified and remained in practice since in 2002. I have been accredited with BACP since 2006. I am trained in a wide range of therapies which enables you to choose the way of working therapeutically that best meets your needs. I am experienced in a broad range of issues with a specialist interest in work related concerns, stress, anxiety and depression.
I offer a choice of telephone counselling, online counselling or face to face counselling depending on your personal preferences as to which option will best meet your needs

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an accredited member of BACP since 2006.
I have a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Counselling from Roehampton University which has provided me with the specialist skills to work with individuals experiencing work issues and concerns. I have worked in this field since 2002 and have a specialist interest in this area.
I have a level 3 certificate in Online Counselling Skills awarded by Counselling Online Ltd which is endorsed by Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB).
