I have a warm and empathetic approach, and a wealth of experience working with adults, adolescents and children with a range of problems.
Forming strong therapeutic relationships is at the heart of my work, and I pride myself on being able to meet the unique needs of my clients in a way that suits them. I provide evidence-based practice and keep up-to-date with the latest research to ensure that I deliver the most appropriate and time-effective approach.
I am skilled in using a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach, as well as being able to draw upon other therapies, such as systemic therapy and psychodynamic therapy. In addition to being a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist, I have also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
