Dr. Kate Potter, Chartered Counselling Psychologist

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist offering both short and long term individual therapy. I run sessions at a practice in West Kensington, which provides a welcoming and comfortable space for you to share your concerns in complete confidence. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a number of different therapeutic approaches to inform my practice. These include, cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based therapy and person-centred therapy.
The therapeutic relationship has been found to be the most important ingredient for successful therapeutic work. I would therefore advise for us to meet for an initial appointment so we can discuss your expectations and hopes of therapy and then decide collaboratively whether to continue working together.
