I offer a safe, respectful space to explore difficult life issues with an aim for better understanding, healing and personal development.
After an initial assessment of your needs and how we may work together, an agreed course of work could entail;

Which ever you choose, you will have the opportunity to investigate personal difficulties without judgement or interpretation and gain valuable insights to empower and enable you to make the life you want.

What is Garden Therapy?
A form of therapy which offers a gentle, non threatening & often deep experience of working with nature. It is a personal encounter of the natural world, benefiting well being & general health. It enables a reconnection with nature & it's healing process and is open and available to all ages. Especially suited to people who feel isolated, anxious or in low in mood and those experiencing loss or change.
