Kate Dryburgh - MA Psychotherapy, MBACP - Central London & Hammersmith

I am a psychotherapist with 13 years experience working in the media industry. I focus on self-developmental issues, from both a professional and personal perspective.
I have a Masters in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy that draws on several therapeutic approaches, creatively tailored to suit the personal needs of my individual clients.
Some common areas of professional anxiety, can be caused by low levels of confidence and self-esteem, often connected to the fear of judgment from others and feelings surrounding inferiority and intimidation. This can have a significant impact on day-to-day tasks such as: communication, public speaking, creativity, team management, conflict and assertiveness.
From a personal perspective you may be experiencing relationship issues or going through difficult change. Your thoughts, feelings and behaviour could be having a negative impact on your life, holding you back or creating the feeling of being stuck. This inner conflict can be caused by the way you are relating with others, yourself and the world.
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist who can help you explore this conflict in helping create positive change. My practice is built upon an integrative model, integrating theories from the three main therapeutic traditions: psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This means we can explore your past; at the same time paying attention to what is happening in the present; whilst staying in view of your future goals.
