If you are looking for a therapist, you are probably feeling scared, isolated and overwhelmed, needing a professional (relationship) that would safeguard you through this difficult period and help you find a resolve.
MY PRACTICE: I work with diverse range of clients, both individuals [adult individuals, young people, children (5+yrs)] and couples. I am experienced in providing therapy to clients struggling with variety of life/ emotional concerns, with most common being: anxiety/ stress/ panic, depression, family, relationship and psychosexual issues, various identity and self-image, self-esteem issues, cultural issues, psychological trauma, abuse, loss and bereavement (please see the list of issues below).
I work within both long-term (open-ended) and short-term (time-limited, e.g., 8-12 sessions) frameworks. In my clinical work, I use insights from existential/ humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches (mainly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT), to tailor therapy around your individual needs.
I aim at providing you with a nourishing, dialogical, collaborative therapeutic space and helping you develop greater understanding, skill, sense of direction, and psychological resilience needed to address your difficulties and to live your life with greater confidence, meaning and purpose.
PRACTICE LOCATIONS: I practice from two highly convenient and accessible locations in London: my main office is located in the City of London, EC2M (near Liverpool St Station) but I also provide therapy from W1, Marylebone (near Regents Park, Great Portland St Stations).
