About me

Do you feel lost, unfulfilled and struggle to cope with these difficult emotions?

Do you feel you’re doing the best you can and you’re still not happy with yourself, your life, work, at home, within family?

Do you struggle with anxiety, feel overwhelmed, depressed, or lonely?

Do you think your coping methods seem to not work or you struggle with finding one which would work, to help you cope with these feelings?

You are not alone. I’m here.

I’m here to support you to feel more fulfilled in life. I’m here to help you understand what blocks your innate talents and skills, identify them, and reach for them. To use them consciously and fully, and to make changes in your life, which will render it more satisfactory. I believe each of us is different and unique, endowed with different talents that may sometimes be hidden or blocked for various reasons.

I’m using Integrative therapeutic approach, which is not only a continuation of my field of study but also an expression of the implicit faith in the uniqueness of each individual and the respect they are due.

I specialise in Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD),  trauma, PTSD and CPTSD and self-esteem, and the particular challenges encountered by Domestic Violence. I also work with Neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia and more) and the challenges it might create in the Neurotypical world.

My favourite part of being a counsellor is watching you, grow and blossom into the amazing beings you are supposed to be, letting go of the things that hold you back, reaching your full potential and creating your best possible life!

It is a huge honour and privilege to be part of that process!

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

I believe that each of us is different and also unique, each having different talents which, for various reasons, can stay hidden or be impeded.  My chosen way of working is known as the person-centred therapeutic approach, not only because this was the main focus of my studies, but also because I believe that every individual is valued and deserves respect.  Above all, however, this conviction is my way of life and an inseparable part of my identity.

One of my strong points is an awareness of diversity in our society.  Since I come from another country, I have had a chance to observe and get to know different cultural mentalities and experience their consequences, and this has enabled me to see things from different angles.

Building counselling relationships with people with different backgrounds and life histories has always been a big and most wonderful privilege and challenge, especially if at the end of the day I am able to help them feel better, more aware and accepting of themselves, others, and life-changing circumstances.

I also offer a session in Polish as well as English language
