About me

There are times in life when we cannot make sense of our emotions or behaviours on our own. Sometimes we need a little help. There are so many reasons that someone like yourself is seeking counselling. I offer a safe environment for you to explore and make sense of your emotions in private and for you to rediscover your own unique voice within the noise of life.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. My name is Kat and I am an experienced qualified Person Centred Counsellor and a Senior Accredited member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I run my private practice from Tardebigge Court in Redditch and provide counselling sessions online so that anyone in the UK can access my service.

I use my intuitive nature to really hear you and connect some of the underlying dots that may have been missed by you or others in the past. I create a non-judgemental space so that you really feel comfortable enough to be able to share your inner thoughts and feelings that may be blocking your path somehow. Maybe you do not know what is in your way and want to work through this. Sharing can help you move forward and may help you to learn from or to change and accept your emotions in a more positive way. I do believe that happiness is an inside job.

**Both online and in-person appointments are available**

Is anxiety or depression taking over your life and making you feel trapped and exhausted? Maybe you want to try new things without the feeling of anxiety holding you back. Are you having relationship or family issues? Maybe you are feeling low in confidence and self-esteem issues are blocking you from living fully. Are you not happy with work or are going through a divorce or separation and want to talk about your feelings? Please get in touch so we can discuss how to move forward.

I offer counselling sessions for individual clients over the age of 18 and I am available by appointment at Tardebigge Court, Hewell Lane (in between Bromsgrove and Redditch and close to Alvechurch, Barnt Green and Burcot).

There are free parking facilities on-site and local bus services stop outside.

**PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOR MY REPLY IF YOU CONTACT ME THROUGH THE COUNSELLING DIRECTORY**
