I am bound by the BABCP & BACP Code of Ethics and Practice and I work under regular supervision. I continually update my professional development.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT )
and an Integrative Psychotherapist/ Counsellor.
I hold a Master's Degree in Psychology.
I have worked in the NHS for over ten years, in both primary and secondary care settings.
Currently I work as a psychotherapist where I offer CBT to individuals and groups with common mental health problems (including depression and anxiety).
I am also a clinical supervisor.
