What will I offer?
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, committed to delivering high standards of client care. I am skilled and experienced in a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to work with you in an integrative and eclectic way. I will work with you on a one-to-one basis to enable you to freely explore your thought and feelings, with the aim of making effective changes to enhance your focus for health and well-being.
I sincerely care about people and their well-being. I am friendly, caring, and have a wide-range of professional experience, training and insights which enable me to actively listen to you with emotional intelligence, and empathic understanding.
I will always treat you with respect, sensitivity and compassion and offer an excellent standard of person-centred care.

- Applied Social Science BSc (Hons)
- BACP Register – Certificate of Proficiency
- Degree Plus Award (University of Gloucestershire)
- Understanding Substance Misuse Award Level 2 (CPCAB)
- Awareness in Bereavement Care Foundation Course (ABC) – Cruse Bereavement Care
- Certificate in Counselling Skills and Studies Level 2 & 3 (CPCAB).

As well as working at the therapy centre I volunteer as a bereavement support counsellor for Cruse Bereavement Care, providing one-to-one support for clients who are experiencing difficulties following bereavement.
In my spare time I enjoy learning new skills to assist with my counselling work and for continued professional development, such as attending courses and workshops for continued personal and professional development.
