Hello,                                                                                                               

I understand that sometimes it's difficult to say what's on your mind. Talking to a Counsellor can help you cope with difficulty and make positive change. My aim is to enable clients to explore and discuss their issues within a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment.  
   
I am a fully insured member of the British Association of Counsellors & pychotherapists. Since qualifying four years ago I have worked at Lincoln Centre for Counselling as well as my own Practice, where I have worked with clients with many different issues including Sexual Abuse,Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Relationship difficulties etc.  I have had more than 20 years combined experience working with individuals on a  1 to 1 as a Nurse, Aromatherapist, Crisis worker for Sexual Assault Referral centre.

I am committed to ongoing Professional development which includes regularly attending CPD workshops and regular supervision.

I am enhanced CRB checked.
