I offer adult counselling, creative art therapies, play therapy, child and adolescent counselling, sandplay therapy, couple counselling as-well as other therapeutic services to promote, support and facilitate the emotional well being of children, adolescents and families.

Counselling Solutions is based in Colchester, Essex and offers a confidential therapeutic space, which is an inclusive environment for all clients regardless of age, gender or disability

I provide a range of cost effective interventions and bespoke trainings to Professionals, Organisations and Training Providers as-well as hosting professional speakers working within specialist fields, as a resource for continuing professional development for those interested in extending and enhancing their skills and knowledge base.

Further Information

As an MBACP (Accred) Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Play Therapist, Child and Adolescent Counsellor and Filial Therapist, I have worked within primary and secondary schools, for GP Surgeries and for Social Care in Essex and Suffolk.

I have an extensive experience in working with individuals and families who have presented with a range of emotional difficulties and/or issues.

As a Senior Course Director with the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy and Associate Tutor with Canterbury Christ Church University I deliver play therapy training to professionals and frontline staff throughout the UK and Overseas as-well as counselling training.
