Welcome to my counselling profile.
You may have a particular issue which you are struggling with, striving to make sense of every day events or not able to make sense of what is happening in our life.
Do you have difficulty finding someone impartial you can talk to?
I believe everyone can fulfil their own potential, counselling allows you to see new possibilities and make choices and changes that may give you a different view on life.
I offer a warm friendly counselling service from my private practice in a safe confidential environment within easy reach of the A4 in Thatcham, with ample free parking.
I work with clients who have many issues including struggling with anxiety, depression, work related stress, low self esteem and confidence.
Your sessions are time just for you. Counselling provides a safe and supportive space for you to be yourself, without judgement or criticism. Where we can work together to find your own answers and own truth away from the confusion of everyday life in a safe space.
In addition to my private practice, I work in a GP surgery (NHS), and volunteer at Cruse Bereavement and at Time to Talk, a BACP accredited youth agency.
I provide both solution-focused time limited counselling and longer-term therapy.
