I have over 20 years experience in offering COUNSELLING, HYPNOTHERAPY and RELAXATION groups to adults, young people , couples, families and corporate business. I am an experienced Group therapist, Clinical supervisor and family mediator. I also offer telephone Counselling.

I am a qualified EMDR practitioner , this a Psychotherapeutic treatment (validated by the NHS ( NICE Guidelines for evidence based practice ) ...it effectively deals with traumatic events, bereavement, phobias, anxiety, depression and much more...

Trained in Hypnotherapy, I am happy to take you through a wonderfully relaxed state that you will be able to apply to yourself and use to help deal with everyday stresses that effect your health and wellbeing....now, wouldn't that be nice?....and relax...

I work Trauma Assist / Ministry of Justice ...to provide support and Therapy for bereavement in connection with Homocide.

I offer Supervision to organisations ( group and individual) , students and experienced Counsellors.

Many years of working in the field of addiction , means that I have excellent specific skills in helping you make decisions about recovery and relapse prevention. I am available to offer expert advice on pre / post detox, and post Rehab relapse prevention, for individuals and for groups.

My reputation as a therapist is underpinned by a belief in positive mental health, and in offering a space that is non judgemental, safe, secure and respectful.

I began my career in psychiatric services,working as a staff nurse. My work as a therapist has enabled me to work in a variety of settings, NHS, corporate industry,insurance companies , Detox/ rehabilitation services and as Student/ staff counsellor at a private school.
