I offer a professional and confidential service to clients throughout Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. My work over 12 years has been within charitable, public and private sectors.
I am available by appointment. I have 12 years of experience producing effective results with clients within the following areas of therapy: Anxiety, Depression, Phobia's, Low Self-Confidence/Esteem, Relationships, Bereavement, Physical/Sexual Abuse, Trauma, OCD, Domestic Violence, Addiction, Nutritional Advice, Supervision and Work-related Issues.

I have continued my professional development throughout my career and attend regular supervision in line with the BACP guidelines.
Its quite normal to feel unfamiliar with abbreviations and letters sometimes used when seeking a Counsellor. In case you feel unfamiliar with the letters and abbreviations which are on my profile, BACP means British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy: A governing body which provides counsellor's with a Framework to work within the guidelines of. ''Accred means that a counsellor has achieved accreditation with the governing body and has been deemed to meet higher standards as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner.

£35/£50 Counselling/Therapy dependent on the clients choice of therapeutic intervention.
£45 per hour and a half session for supervision.
First initial consultation up to 30 minutes free. ( This can be either telephone, face to face)
