Kanta Crane MAHPP UKCP Accredited and registered
I'm a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with 25 years experience of helping people make meaning from and sometimes resolve, the tangles, puzzles, unwanted recurrences, mysterious illnesses and sorrows in their lives.
During this time I've worked with a wide range of diverse human issues.
I'm especially interested and experienced in working with developmental and relational trauma, PTSD, depression, feelings of emptiness, behavioural and substance addictions, relational problems, obsessive behaviour, anxiety disorders, stress, panic and anger.
I work in a relational and collaborative way and clients have said that they generally find me easy to talk to and a good listener.
I guarantee confidentiality and provide a safe and containing space to explore whatever is troubling you.
I can offer either ongoing psychotherapy and counselling or brief focused therapy for a particular incident or issue. I suggest an initial mutual assessment session for us to meet and decide if and how to go forward.
