Kanta Crane MAHPP UKCP Accredited and registered
I'm a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with almost 25 years experience of helping people make sense of, and resolve, the tangles, puzzles and sorrows in their lives.
During this time I've experienced a wide range of diverse issues.
I'm especially interested and experienced in working with developmental and relational trauma, PTSD, depression, feelings of emptiness, addictions, relationship problems, obsessional behaviour, anxiety disorders, stress, panic and anger.
I work in a relational and colloborative way and clients have said that they generally find me easy to talk to and a good listener. I'm also quite an active, involved therapist and usually won't leave you sitting in uncomfortable silence unless we both agree that this may be useful to you.
I guarantee confidentiality and provide a safe and containing space to explore whatever is troubling you.
I offer either ongoing psychotherapy and counselling or brief focused therapy. I suggest an initial mutual assessment session for us to meet and decide if and how to go forward.
