I am a qualified and experienced counsellor/psychotherapist based in the centre of Shrewsbury. I have been a counsellor for over 16 years and offer individual counselling/psychotherapy and counselling supervision.
I work in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential way and will ensure that you are felt heard and respected. Together, we will explore any issues that you bring.
Whether you are feeling depressed, lost, insecure, anxious or overwhelmed I will offer you a comfortable and safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
The length of therapy will be guided by you. My primary goal is to give you the time and space to feel heard and find a way to live your life the way you want to live it.
I passionately believe in what I do and will work with you to help you to move forward with your life.
