Profile
I feel that everyone is unique, and that we all have individual stresses and strains at different times in our lives. Sometimes we may live our lives and wonder why it is that these things happen. There may come a time when you feel the need for that extra professional support to gain a deeper understanding of what may be troubling you.
I offer you the time and space to explore life's problems in a warm, safe and confidential setting. I am here to listen to you and support you during this time, working at your pace, to help you work through whats actually going on, by exploring your thoughts and emotions.
As a counsellor I am not here to give you advice or to tell you what to do; just to be empathic and help you work through this difficult time
I offer a supportive, confidential space where you will be listened to carefully, in a none judgmental way.
In us both working together, you can begin to gain a deeper understanding of the issues, difficulties and concerns that may have brought you here. It is a chance to explore, think about and understand life so that you can live it in the way that you feel would be better for you.
I am a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, I adhere to the BACP Code of Ethics and I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
