About me

Psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples, as well as supervision for therapists and supervisors. Working with: anxiety; depression; toxicity in the work place and work related anxiety; adults who experienced child sexual abuse; relationship issues (in particular communication difficulties and partners who have experienced child sexual abuse); mens mental health; bereavement; and low self esteem, and those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of their life experiences, these are just some of the reasons why clients contact my practice.

Psychotherapy can provide the space and conditions needed to explore and enable beneficial and lasting changes in our lives. We all have our own way of experiencing the world via our relationships with others and ourselves through our own way of being. Our work together would therefore be guided by your own unique experiences in life, needs and goals.

I am often consulted by clients who wish to work through and look at areas in their life such as:

  • Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA)
  • Anxiety
  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder
  • Mens Mental Health
  • Panic Disorder

  • Relationship issues
  • Toxicity in the work place / Work Life Balance / Work Related Issues
  • Sexuality
  • Anger Management
  • Stress
  • Low Self Esteem
  • A Deeper Sense of Self and Being in the World
