About me

A cup of compassion and a slice of empathy. JF

A cup of tea or coffee and chat with a friend or family may be all we need to put things right. But sometimes we may need more than that, it could be that we need professional help.

As a qualified counselor, I would like to offer that help by providing an environment of safety and comfort and a listening ear.

I am aware that confidentiality will be important to you so this will be discussed in our initial meeting before your sessions begin.

Time is very important so the time spent in your sessions will go at your pace.We will meet once a week by arrangement at a time that will suit both of us.

Counselling gives you the opportunity to find your own solutions to problems you may have in your life with my help, this could be relationship issues, depression, anger, generalized anxiety, phobias, bereavement and many other issues.

Counselling helps you to grow and change or cope and deal with difficult situations.

I welcome self referrals and referrals by health professionals employers and other organisations.
