I am a Humanistic Counsellor, working in Person Centred and Gestalt Models of Counselling.
I have experience of working within services in the Sunderland area, providing counselling and emotional support for people experiencing issues such as: bereavement and loss, disability and health, caring responsibilities, relationship and divorce, sexual dysfunction, childhood issues, depression and anxiety, trauma, work related issues and stress.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered MBACP and have a F/dA in Counselling, obtained in 2014 from University of Sunderland.
I have gained experience from my roles in services in Sunderland, working with Headlight and Sunderland Counselling Services as a volunteer counsellor, and as a Support Worker with Mental Health Matters, providing emotional support and guidance for people in mental and emotional distress.

I offer sessions in Roker, Sunderland, from therapy rooms overlooking Roker Park. There is on street parking and a bus stop outside, and the building has access for wheelchair users.
I also offer sessions in Easington Village.
