Julie Churchyard Adv Diploma Reg MBACP
Are you finding life difficult, are you struggling to understand your feelings and behaviours. I am able to provide you with a confidential 'safe haven' to 'identify and explore' what you have experienced in your past or are experiencing currently in your life, taking each client on their individual experiences. I can act as a guide to accompany you on a journey of self discovery.
Counselling offers you the opportunity to take some 'time out' to focus on your own wellbeing. It provides you with a safe place to explore difficult situations and the emotional and psychological difficulties that arise because of them.
It allows you to work towards your own autonomy, to enhance your life and live it fully, to be comfortable with who you are.
It is somewhere you will be really heard, to be able to identify and tell and if necessary re-tell your life experiences and explore them, bringing them from your conscious and unconscious. Therapy is a way of getting to know yourself- deeply and effectively, it is an opportunity to understand why you behave the way you do.
