Julie Bowes MBACP Accred
We talk to people everyday but the thought of talking to a counsellor can feel scary but you are here....
I am an experienced counsellor who seeks to create a safe non-judgemental space to talk freely, to explore your feelings and bring about any changes that you hope to. I am happy to answer any questions you have or explore your fears before we meet.
My experience includes working with children, young people, adults and the elderly. Working with a range of people has helped me to learn about all the issues people face in life and that everyone is on their own journey. I work in a person centred way, putting you at the centre of your counselling, using any other models of counselling that I feel would benefit the process.
I am a accredited member of the BACP, I work within their ethical framework and maintain high professional standards this includes attending regular training and supervision.
