I am a BACP accredited therapist Registered MBACP (Accred). I qualified in 1993 and I love my job.
I believe that everyone can benefit from a session of counselling. After doing my counselling diploma, I trained at the Gestalt Centre (Post-Graduate Certificate Gestalt Psychotherapy Theory) onto a Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling at Goldsmiths University plus a Integrative Clinical Supervision Certificate at Regent’s University London.
I offer: counselling, ‘walking therapy’, individual & group supervision plus freelance training at City Lit offering a days workshop on ‘Introduction to Gestalt Counselling’ & facilitating their therapeutic Personal Development Diploma groups.
I work with lots of different people including: high achievers, burn-out, bereavement, trauma, parenting, relationships, plus your ongoing personal development.

The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) require a certain number of hours per year for training and awareness raising. I regularly exceed this.
My role is as an individual counsellor/ therapist/ supervisor/ trainer and a personal development facilitator, so lots of different hats!

I am available to run groups to work with any issues you may be having, for example not communicating.
I offer supervision to counsellors, therapists and anyone who works within the helping professions.
First session is £65, an assessment lasting an hour.

Hatton Garden EC1 is £65
Covent Garden WC2 is £60 -70
I can offer some student discount or low cost therapy, most likely at my home practice.
