(more about me later!)
- Struggling with anxiety and don't know why?
- Struggling with low moods and want to feel brighter more of the time?
- Struggling with your relationships and wondering why?
- Struggling to sleep because you are worried.
- Are you finding comfort in food, drink or drugs?
Or maybe you feel that things are not just quite right?
So this is where I come in, perhaps I can help you find a way to make your life easier.
Now that bit about me!
I am Julia and I am very interested in you and your concerns. I really want to help you feel better.
How would I do that ?
Firstly, you will find me approachable, good humored and caring. I provide a cosy, quiet, relaxing, & confidential room where we can think about and talk through what you are finding difficult in your life. I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you find the answers for yourself.
I have a special interest in people working in the emergency services and health care professions. People who are struggling with workplace stress, burnout, exhaustion and compassion fatigue.
I want to help you feel better, to be less worried, to feel less depressed, to be able to go to work and enjoy it. I want to hear you are enjoying your friends, hobbies and family life again.
In your weekly appointment I will treat you with respect, compassion and without judgement.
