Welcome to my profile. If you would like to talk about matters concerning you, to gain greater insight and understanding of yourself, giving you the power to change and heal, then I am here and am glad to hear from you.
I work with adult and young adult individuals in Rye, East Sussex at the beautiful Elysian Centre and in central London zone 1, London Bridge.
I work privately and also for Aviva Healthcare and AXA PPP medical insurers.
With the right questions, all aspects of being human can be explored and alleviated; anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, family issues, identity concerns, abuse, loss etc.
In my many years working with individuals I have been privileged to experience a broad spectrum of challenges.
Whether you are new to this type of therapy or experienced at it, I will help you gain a greater mastery of yourself and the world you choose.
