I offer a highly professional and confidential service where there is an atmosphere of warmth, equality and acceptance. Here, in my private and tranquil therapy room, we can explore whatever difficulties you are currently experiencing.
To me, the most important aspect of Therapy is the Therapeutic relationship between you and I.
A relationship built on trust and honesty, where you feel safe, comfortable and not judged. Here a nurturing and healing process can begin to take place.
I am an Accredited Counsellor with the "British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy" (BACP).
I work in a Person Centred Way, integrating other modules to suit my Client. For example: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) Art
I enjoy working with Counselling students on a long term basis; supporting you on your journey to become a fully qualified Counsellor.

I have attended numerous training courses over the years for example; sexual abuse, bereavement and suicide with children and adults, anxiety, low self esteem and stress management. I have worked extensively with relationship issues, work stress-issues, affairs and betrayal, separation and divorce and couple issues and many others. I also work with disabilities and learning difficulties

Hourly fee £45.00
In certain circumstances I will offer a concession for an agreed amount of sessions
Students in Counselling training £35.00 a session

I have on going monthly Supervision for my work in accordance with Professional requirements so as to maintain good practice and quality care. I am covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
