I am an accredited counsellor with many years experience,having worked in NHS Psychological Services as a primary care counsellor, working with adults, couples and young people over 16 years old.I offer short or long term focused work for many different issues such as anxiety, relationship issues, depression including postnatal depression,stress, family issues, physical illness, sexual abuse,domestic abuse, bereavement and loss; I also have a background in nursing of 35 years.
I have particular experience in working with mothers with perinatal mental health problems, and also couples facing parenting or relationship difficulties.
I work integratively, using different counselling approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness based approaches. My aim is to work in partnership with you, tailoring my approach to suit your individual needs.

There is parking outside and a bus stop nearby. Access is on the ground-level.
