It must be hard to tell which counsellor is right for you, there are so many choices and different approaches. I offer integrative therapy, which means I combine different theories to suit the needs of the individual. The counselling relationship is the most important factor for me when working with clients. My aim is to provide a warm, non-judgemental, confidential space for you to explore any difficult thoughts or feeling you may be having in more depth. Hopefully enabling you to form a better understanding of whatever is troubling you and to look at ways of coping and moving forward in the future.
If you are interested in meeting with me, I offer a half price introductory session where we can meet and see if we are happy to work together, please call or email for further details.
