Josh Zarn, Jungian analyst and Supervisor (Reg. BPC, UKCP).
I offer a confidential setting where we can talk about what’s upsetting you. We meet for an initial consultation, and although there is no requirement at this stage to commit to further sessions, it might take a few meetings to decide if we can work together, and whether what I am able to offer is appropriate for what you're struggling with. This could be any number of things, for example a relationship issue, general feeling of anxiety, distressing personal matter, troubling family situation, work/career dilemma or disturbing changes in circumstance. Many people find it helpful to talk things through with someone who is neither a friend nor a family member: space for a different perspective to emerge.
I also offer clinical supervision to colleagues in the profession.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained initially to diploma level in psychodynamic counselling, and then as a couples counsellor and supervisor. After that I went on to train to become a Jungian analyst.
I am a member of the British Jungian Analytic Association (part of the British Psychotherapy Foundation). I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council, and the UK Council for Psychotherapy. I am also a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology and Psychotherapy Sussex.
