As an Integrative Psychotherapist I am informed by different theories, philosophies and techniques that help broaden the way that we work together, enhancing my ability to adapt to your developmental needs. I will always work at your pace and structure each session in such a way that guides you through your process. I also provide Walking Therapy as an alternative to face to face sessions (£75 per 50 mins) both in London and the Isle of Wight and was recently on BBC News:

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy (MBACP), and can be found on the BACP website for professionally registered therapists. I am a registered healthcare provider of health insurance companies WPA, Cigna, & Pru Health.
I am a fully qualified CBT - SMART Group Facilitator, and certified in Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy (REBT) & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I phave specialised within the field of addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, anger management and trauma work, including treatment centres, where I have worked extensively and diversely. This has led me to develop the U.N.I.T.E.S model, which I use additionally with Families, Couples Counselling, Group Therapy, Structure Group Workshops and One to One Psychotherapy Sessions, with great success.
