Hello.
I am a qualified counsellor who practices in a person centred approach, incorporating a range of different models in order to tailor to the indivdiual needs within a confidential, supportive, empathetic and non-judgemental environment.

My counselling experience has involved working alongside clients as they explore their emotions and issues, while also, incorporating coping skills that can be used through difficult periods in their life.

I deal with such issues as anxiety, low-self esteem, bereavements, anger managment, depression, abuse, drug and alcohol addiction, couple therapy and trauma.

I offer short and long-term work, with on going reviews to ensure that we are meeting your needs. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information regarding the service i offer.
