About me

Hi, my name is Dr Joanna Saddington and I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. I have worked in the NHS for over 15 years and I have extensive experience in working with ADULTS and CHILDREN experiencing psychological distress (depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger, trauma, phobia and so on).

I always aim to work collaboratively with anyone coming for therapy, and approach my work in a non-judgemental and empathetic way. The types of interventions and treatments I offer are always tailored to the individual's needs and they can range from exploratory work to behavioural therapy, CBT, couples counselling and relationship work etc.

I also have a special interest in working with FAMILIES and COUPLES experiencing relationship difficulties, as well as offering support and advice to parents around behavioural difficulties.

Finally I offer a range of specialist assessments as well as court work. Please get in touch for more information or visit our website at: www.saddington-spring.co.uk

Key details

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
