Life can be better. Counselling provides a safe and accepting environment in which to discuss what is causing you concern. Using various approaches we can work together to resolve issues leading to a better quality of life. I can also enable you to learn how to deal with future problems.

I have a BA Honours degree (QTS) In Education and Music Iii from the University of Warwick.

An assessment will first be made by a phone call to find out about your expectations and needs.
Each counselling session lasts for 50 minutes.
Fees are £40 per session.
Counselling takes place once a week and is reviewed according to each individual’s needs.
