As a Humanistic Counsellor I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space for you to explore any issues and difficulties you may be experiencing. I work at your pace for either short or long term one to one Counselling, dependent upon your needs.
I offer professional, non-judgmental support, working with you to look at present and underlying difficulties. Helping you to reflect on aspects of your life that are troubling you and gain insight and understanding.
I am fully qualified and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently working towards accreditation.
I have over 9 years experience working with adults and also 4 years working in schools with young people.
