We can talk through your anxieties and issues in a welcoming, friendly, tranquil, and confidential environment. I deal with all types of counselling issues including depression and low self esteem, abuse issues and emotional concerns. I feel I can help offer a positive outcome. By helping you to understand how stress manifests itself in the physical form can be helpful in overcome anxieties, eating disorders and panic attacks.
As I have been trained in both person-centred and psycho-dynamic counselling as well as CBT, I can apply the appropriate skills to your emotional well being. I place great emphasis on our therapeutic relationship so that you will feel confident and comfortable to safely discuss your concern/distress/issue. I believe you will find me friendly and approachable and I will give you support during our sessions together. As I am available at weekends as well as weekdays, should a crisis arise, I am available for contact and I can be available for urgent sessions. As well as my delightful room at my home, I also work from the Norwich well being centre . I have nice rooms there in the city centre. Additionally I work at The Heritage well being centre, Bury St Edmund's. Again I have a tranquil room overlooking beautiful gardens. It is very private and there is free parking at the centre.
Relationship issues. I offer couples counselling to support people in relationships who may be considering separation. Some of the main reasons couples come for therapy stem from communication problems, sexual difficulties and differences, and sexual infidelity. In order to provide successful therapy it may depend on each partners dedication to the process.
Life and motivational coaching. I am a creative life coach helping clients who want to make change in both their personal and professional lives. I can help you develop a more open creative way of living.
Costs. Our first appointment will be for you to discover if therapy is for you. This does not obligate you to attend future appointments. So that you can explain your current issues and for you to decide if you would like me to work together with you,
Full Liability Insurance held.
