I am a senior accredited counsellor with 20 years counselling experience. I believe person-centred counselling puts you, the client, at the heart of the matter. Counselling can offer you a private confidential space, an opportunity to talk and be heard, to work without being judged and yet challenged to create real, positive, change in your life and find your own way forward.

Counselling will offer a solution-focused and creative way to make changes that can be sustained.  

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a 3 year certificate in counselling and a post-graduate certificate in counselling and phenomenology. I also have a certificate in person-centred art therapy.

I have continued my training and personal development over the years with a wide range of additional training, and offer extensive experience with drug and alcohol issues.  

I have worked as a counsellor in GP surgeries in the NHS and maintained a private practice throughout the years. I also have excellent experience in managing and supervising a large team of counsellors.
