I offer psychotherapy, counselling, and emotional support working with individuals and couples with relationship issues.
My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and contained environment for people to understand what is happening for them. Transactional Analysis can be used as a cognitive-behavioural approach and a more relational approach with clients; it can help people gain an awareness and understanding of their patterns of behaviour and where communication is breaking down.
The philosophy of Transactional Analysis underpins my work with clients.
- People are OK;
