Jill Farrow Relationship and Sex Therapist MBACP Accred COSRT
Relationships are an important part of all our lives, improvement in our relationships changes the way we feel day to day. My aim is to support you in finding ways to improve your close relationships and your personal life. It can be difficult to seek help for relationship and sexual issues but we all need help and support, sometimes in our lives,
I work with:
- Young people ( over 16 years of age )
- All sexual orientations ethnicities, religions and genders.
I have over twenty years experience in sexual health services, in both my roles as a counsellor and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Sexual and Reproductive Health. I have a good outcomes with males, females and couples encountering relationship and sexual issues
You can seek help as an individual or as a couple. If you had past experience of sexual assault or sexual abuse it can affect your current relationship. I offer a safe and confidential space to help you make sense of your issues and improve your relationships.
My clinical experience in sexual health can help determine if the issue is physical or psychological, and I can offer necessary referrals, if needed. With so many years experience , I am confident I can help clients with a wide range of issues, just some of which can be found further down this page.
The first session always feels scary especially if you have never had therapy before, I appreciate how nervous you may feel. The first appointment is an assessment session to see if I can help you and whether you feel able to work with me. If the issue is a sexual problem it might be the first time you have been able to talk to someone freely about it, I hope to make it a helpful experience.
