The Brighton Wellness Centre works on personal solutions. Do you want to have more confidence? Learn to manage stress in a healthy way? Do you suffer from anxiety or depression? I can help you. I offer women, men and families support whether they are going through a difficult time or whether they are suffering with a mental health issue.
Counselling sessions are safe, and confidential. I offer a non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your issues and concerns.
I use client-centred therapies some of which include CBT, talk therapy and psychotherapy. My therapeutic background is eclectic. I am a Behaviourist and Humanistic when it comes to the approach I take when working with clients.
I have worked with many types of people for many different types of reasons. Please check out my website to learn more about my work. I have worked with expats, asylum seekers, as well as corporate executives who want to manage anxiety and stress. There are many different reasons why people seek professional counselling. There is no such thing as a silly problem!
Other issues I have helped people manage are: bereavement, anxiety, stress, cutting, hair pulling, eating disorders, PTSD, parents transitioning back to the work world, women's wellbeing, child & adolescent therapy and testing, and much more. If you would like to ask a questions, please get in touch.
