Jessica Rees - MBACP, Fd (Counselling)
The Vale Foot Clinic
90 High Street
I am a warm and compassionate, fully qualified person-centred therapist who enjoys and appreciates working with a diverse range of people. As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I can offer you a safe and supportive environment in which you can explore any issues which are causing you difficulty and preventing you from moving forward.
Counselling is a private and confidential conversation with a therapist which is focussed on you and your emotions, needs and personal experiences. It aims to support you through difficult times through helping to facilitate you to find your own way through your problems.
The sessions that I offer can be a space for you to reflect on and, more importantly, begin to challenge unhelpful patterns or beliefs that seem to be recurring in your life. They can be used to offload and process any difficulties that you are experiencing and to make sense of thoughts and feelings which may feel overwhelming.
If you want any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me via email.
