Jess Van Der Hoech
I offer Person Centred counselling which means I work with what you as a client bring into the room. This might be a general feeling or the impact of a specific event or situation that stops you from feeling you are able to move forward as you would like to.
As a counsellor I have experience in working with addiction, domestic and sexual abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, PTSD and ADHD and have recently co-written a children's workbook, 'What a Muddle' addressing emotional dysregulation in children.
I have experience of working with adults, children and young people.
I am fully insured and a member of the BACP.
I am based near Bedford town centre and can offer daytime/evening appointments.
