About me

Sometimes we find ourselves going down the same blind alleys...

Falling down the same holes...

Sometimes its hard to make the changes we would like...

Fear, doubt and anxiety... these things can stop us connecting with the people we should feel close to.

But you're here, now, reading this- and thats a step.

Making contact is next, you can do this by text, email, call, as you like.

Then, we meet.

Meeting in a safe space, a place without judgement we can unravel, unpack your story, hear your side, what it's been like, for you.

Im Jenny, and perhaps we can work together, maybe make the changes you've been longing for.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, with a COSCA acredited diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Counselling Skills.

I am registered with COSCA, adhering to their code of ethics.

I have worked in various fields throughout my career, teaching, tutoring, support working and volunteering.

I began counselling in Partick Medical Centre and then Tom Allan Centre, where I still volunteer with the Bluebell PND (Perinatal Depression) service.

I am also involved with the Tom Allan outreach Hubs, being set up outside of Glasgow.

I take Continous Professional Development seriously, and attend seminars, courses and workshops to maintain my own development as a counsellor.

Subjects as Photo Therapy, Coaching Skills, Bullying in the workplace and Suicide Awareness keep my practice alive and interested always seeking to give my very best for you, the client.

Wherever my varied career has taken me, working with people has always been my passion.

The hope that sharing brings, the chance for two minds to meet, a chance for change.

I hope you will take that chance.
