Sometimes we find ourselves going down the same blind alleys...
Falling down the same holes...
Sometimes its hard to make the changes we would like...
Fear, doubt and anxiety... these things can stop us connecting with the people we should feel close to.
But you're here, now, reading this- and thats a step.
Making contact is next, you can do this by text, email, call, as you like.
Then, we meet.
Meeting in a safe space, a place without judgement we can unravel, unpack your story, hear your side, what it's been like, for you.
Im Jenny, and perhaps we can work together, maybe make the changes you've been longing for.
I look forward to hearing from you.
