Jennifer Richards MBACP
I provide counselling for a range of issues of which include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, bereavement, life difficulties, low self-esteem. Counselling can be useful for anyone who feels that they need to talk or have problems they would like to resolve and there are very few issues that I won't be able to assist you with.
I have been counselling since 2012 with my therapy experience covering a broad spectrum of areas most recently within the NHS working with Anxiety and Depression and just prior to that working with survivors of Domestic Violence and Abuse. I currently run my private practice alongside working as a full time Counsellor for a private Integrated Health Company.
Counselling can often involve talking about difficult or painful feelings and, often as you begin to face them, you may feel worse in some ways. I endeavour to support you through every aspect of therapy and you should soon start to feel better. I am here to listen to you with empathy and without judgement.
I am based in Leominster, Herefordshire, in a confidential and comfortable counselling room. I can also provide telephone/online therapy.
I understand that thinking about accessing Counselling/ Therapy can be very overwhelming therefore I keep this section brief to enable easier reading. However, please do take a look at my website for some more information. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have using the 'Email me' button on this site or the contact form on my website.
I currently have very limited availability - please contact me for information.
