Profile

I run a counselling practice in Sevenoaks and London. My aim is to improve the quality of your life by creating a relationship between us which is both caring and non-judgemental. I can guide you through alternative strategies for living, so that happiness and strength is more attainable.

I use both cognitive behavioural (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches in my work. The CBT component concentrates on the 'here and now' and the psychodynamic approach explores links with the past. I can offer weekend and evening times as well as normal office hour appointments.

I offer one off consultations for those people who do not want ongoing sessions but may be struggling with a personal dilemma they need direction with. The price for these sessions is usually agreed in advance and the session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. I welcome referrals from professional organisations who may need guidance for an employee.
