I am a counselling psychologist offering professional and effective one to one short and long-term therapy in the Angus and Tayside area for depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, trauma, substance misuse, grief and loss, relationship problems, phobias and much more. I have a person centred and CBT background, and will work with the client to choose the right therapy for them at the right moment in time.
I offer a practical, welcoming, friendly, supportive and experienced service aimed to suit client need. I understand that each individual desires different requirements from therapy and will create a professional therapeutic environment suitable for each individual.
I also offer one to one skype, telephone and email sessions.

I offer supervision to trainee counsellors and counselling psychologists
